DAY 1 OF THE 21- DAY FIX


I have officially started my 21-Day Fix journey! After many late night snacks and lack of exercise I have lost my bikini ready body. Well today there is a new sheriff in town and she's gonna make every fat cell cry (aka sweat)! Since I am a single mother of 2 kids I really need a workout program that is going to be quick and easy. The 21-Day Fix program is simple fitness, simple eating to produce fast results. This workout program takes all the guesswork out of weight loss. There's no counting, no guessing, and no wondering. Just easy-to-follow portion control and one 30-minute workout per day. I don't know about you but a 30 min workout a day sounds like music to my ears.  



Here is a picture of all the cool stuff that comes with the 21-Day Fix. Let me just tell you how excited I was to open my box and start reading all about it. My kids came running into the kitchen because I was so excited they wanted to know what all the fuss was about. I looked at my daughter and said, "One day you will understand."  Am I right moms? After my 3oth Birthday it seemed like weight gain and loss has been an issue for me. Rumor has it...with the right nutrition, exercise program and support base, being unhappy with my weight will be a thing of the past. Looking forward to the next 21-days!
