ASIAN CABBAGE SALAD



Ingredients:
  
3 tbsp rice vinegar
2tbsp fresh lime juice 
2 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger juice (grate a piece of fresh ginger and squeeze juice into a bowl)
2 tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 head Napa or Savoy Cabbage (or regular green cabbage)
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro
Himalayan Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl.  

2. Toss with remaining ingredients and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.  Serves 1.
