Ingredients
- 3 Gala Apples
- 3/4 Cup of Water
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Peel the apples and cut them in half.
- Take out the core of the apple and cut each apple half into 8 pieces.
- Place the apple pieces into a saucepan with the water and cover with the lid.
- Turn the heat on to high and cook for 12 - 15 minutes until the water has gone.
- Once cooked, place the apples into a bowl and add the lemon juice. Liquidise using a hand blender. (Or blend in your food processor or blender).
- Serve or freeze in smaller portions until needed. I also keep mine in the fridge for up to 3 days in an air tight container
